Withdrawal Policy


Consumers have a thirty-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal


You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason.


The withdrawal period shall be thirty days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Teppichversand24 GmbH, Berliner Str. 2-6, 51063 Cologne, Germany, contact@pergamon.com, Phone: +49 (0)221 716 128 0) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail).


You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://www.pergamon.com/withdrawal-form. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail), including information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.


To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.


Consequences of Withdrawal


If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.


We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.


You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.


The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.


We will bear the costs of returning the goods.


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:


Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Special Information


If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you will no longer be bound by the loan agreement either, provided that both contracts form a single economic unit.


This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation in connection with the financing.


If the loan amount has already been paid to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall assume our rights and obligations arising from the financed contract in relation to you with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return.


The latter shall not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign currencies or derivatives).


If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in relation to it.


Return Labels


Without prejudice to your statutory rights, free return labels will be provided for your return shipment.


If you use these return labels, the return shipment will be free of charge for you.


The return label will be provided to you by e-mail.


You may hand over the return shipment at a parcel shop of the respective carrier in Germany.
